DO’s
1. Only regular sports shoes with rubber soles are allowed.
2. Clean all footwear before getting onto the AstroTurf.
3. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult.
4. Guests must stay within their booked area at all times.
5. Report any dirt, debris or damage to staff immediately.
6. Wear all necessary protective gear while playing any sport.
 
DON’Ts
1. Sports shoes with studs or spikes of any kind are not allowed on the AstroTurf.
2. Guests are not allowed to hang, hold or rest on the nets.
3. Guests must not use the facility in the absence of proper lighting.
4. Spitting will not be tolerated in or around the premises.
5. Smoking or chewing gum is not permitted in the premises.
6. Glass containers are not permitted in the premises.
7. Consumption of food or liquids other than water is not allowed in or around the play area.
8. No littering. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed in the bins provided.
9. Before leaving the premises, please return all equipment provided by us.
 
KINDLY NOTE: 
Any damage to the facility will incur charges. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse entry and remove guests who break any of the above rules.
 
Anyone hiring the Astroturf facility must adhere to these standard rules and regulations of use
We do not allow refunds but in the event that you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, we shall provide one free rescheduling to another vacant slot. Please note that to avail of this rescheduling, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the time of the booking.
 
Please respect timings. You are expected to leave the pitch on time after you complete your game & arrive at least 15 minutes before any time given to you for pay & play, leagues, tournaments, coaching fitness or any special events. 
 
Footwear: Players are required to wear appropriate footwear. This includes molded, rubber soles and trainers. 
 
Blades, metal spikes or screw-on studs are not permitted. 
 
We have a zero tolerance policy on abusive behaviour of any kind towards our staff. 
 
Upon receipt of a complaint of abuse of any kind, such a complaint would be followed by an immediate cancellation of the client’s booking . 
 
In instances where the abuse is perpetrated by a single player of a group, the entire group would be held liable and would result in the cancellation of it’s s booking.
 
It is therefore up to you to communicate this to your group to ensure that our staff are accorded the requisite respect.
 
Please ensure that all equipments at your disposal are well taken care of, as you will be required to replace any damaged property. 
 
Nero’s Turf reserves the right to cancel a booking/s at its discretion. 
 
However, in the event of such cancellation for reasons not related to the client, a full refund would be made to the client concerned or an alternative date will be offered and agreed upon by both parties.
 
Force Majeure – in the event of a war, civil unrest, flood, adverse weather conditions or any other event outside the control of Nero’s Turf, which forces the closure of Nero’s Turf or has any other impact on bookings or users, Nero’s Turf shall not be held liable and bookings will be rescheduled for the next available date/s.
 
However, if management feel that it is appropriate to keep the facility open then normal cancellation terms shall apply.
 
All users are required to be registered before the commencement of each game & will need to sign a consent form accepting our terms & conditions. 
 
There are no refunds available to Pay and Play clients.
Pay and Play Client are allowed reschedule their bookings as an alternative to refunds for the next available vacant slot (only once). 
 
We encourage players to arrive early as entry will not be permitted after the first 15 minutes of their allotted time. 
 
Nero’s Turf reserves the right to give away your booking in case there is no one at the site 30 minutes after the start of your allotted time. ( client must inform the Management at least an hour before their allotted time of their intended lateness).
 
Timing – Each Booking is for a minimum of 60 minutes time slot. 
 
However multiple slots can be booked at the same time. 
 
Please respect the booking in progress before yours. 
 
Ensure you wait for the current booking to finish their session before entering the pitch. 
 
Any complaints in relation to this will be taken seriously and could affect your standing when looking to make future bookings.
